Hardware/Software not listed will be supported on a “best-effort” basis at our discretion.

To provide you with the best possible service, we request all hardware and software is vendor supported with current, appropriate service agreements or maintenance contracts. This avoids costly delays in getting hardware and software issues resolved .

We work with many products across multiple vendors.  3rd party products outside our Recommended Technology Platform may take us some extra time to familiarise ourselves with managing and supporting these products. If any unforeseen issues arise in the setup, installation and ongoing use of these 3rd party products, we may need to invoice you separately for this time.We will always provide a quote prior to any out of scope work.
